We work with physicians, PTs, OTs, and other clinicians across Hampton Roads to provide integrative speech-language pathology, myofunctional therapy, craniosacral therapy, and lactation support for your patients.

Referral Requirements by Service
Craniosacral Therapy
No physician referral required.
Myofunctional Therapy
Requires a diagnostic code and a signature from a licensed provider.
Speech-Language Pathology / Feeding & Swallow
Referral requirements vary by insurance plan; our team can confirm this for you.
Lactation Consulting
No referral required for most plans.

Complete the referral in your browser, then print or save it as a PDF and send it through your normal referral workflow — nothing is submitted to Schie Health online.
